Prices and Discounts

The prices displayed are list prices pertinent at the time of printing. Discount prices are displayed upon Account registration. All taxes will be applied at the time of invoicing, where applicable. NOTE: All prices are subject to change without notice. All Account prices are FOB Dorval, QC. Kindly contact your sales representative for Delivery Details.

Shipments

Most of the items listed are in stock and can be shipped promptly. If an order cannot be fulfilled completely, a partial shipment will be made followed shortly by the back order shipment. If the order is to be a shipped in its entirety, it should be indicated on your purchase order. Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS, Purolator, Dicom, or any other courier as specified by the customer account.

Returns

RMA forms are available in your customer portal. Upon approval of your request, the items to be returned should be shipped back to Chem Science Inc. in their original packaging. Product returns due to ordering error are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Damage, Breakage or Shortage

Kindly contact Chem Science Inc. to report shortages, breakage or discrepancies in your order within 10 days of order receipt. Pictures of the broken/damaged products will be required; therefore, please do not discard the packaging and/or item in question.

Product Representation

Products in the Catalogue are based on current listings. Chem Science Inc. has reserved the rights to improve or modify any individual product specification when such a change is warranted.

Chem Science Inc. offers customers the ability to custom design scientific glassware according to their personal requirements. The unique specifications and/or drawings supplied by the client will be provided to our Technical Support Team for the custom fabrication of your laboratory glassware.
